Mohan, who is one of three Red Panda Cubs born at Symbio Wildlife Park, has created a frenzy of cuteness across the internet this morning, as footage of him losing it over belly tickles and being affectionate with Zoo Keeper Beth Sticker was released onto the Zoos Facebook Page.

Along with brothers Raja and Phingu, the trio were born on Christmas Eve and Mohan especially is certainly starting show his personality, which is abundant with super cute antics and love.

Now at 5 months old, each day at feeding time when their favourite human rings the dinner bell, they will all come a running, with Mohan proving he loves affection just as much as his belly being full.

Zoo Keepers first realised Mohan loves a good belly tickle early last week, and now he just can’t seem to get enough of them.

Mohan is not only off the scale adorable, but actually plays an integral part in the long term survival of the species. He along with his siblings play an important role in the over-arching captive management breeding program that Symbio is part of, and he will one day too have a family of his own.

With there believed to be less than 2,500 Red Pandas left in the wild, namely due to habitat loss and poaching, you have to say their future is definitely in some mighty cute hands, or paws.

  1. such a sweet creature

  2. “wild”

  3. Cute video but the title needs work. I’ve seen plenty of animals, especially dogs, ‘lose it’, and this doesn’t even come close. He likes it no doubt, but that’s it.

  4. I think I may have to press the LIKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE button

  5. As an experienced red panda video watcher, I can say that the creature in question did not “lose it” at any point of this video. Even though the red panda was adorable, the title was incredibly misleading.
